Do Not "Refresh" Your Tablet.

This is a story posted by a user in the Facebook Group:

So this all started with me wanting to continue to personalize my tablet with my booth branding. I wanted to change the desktop wallpaper, rename the username from "pbsco" to my business and change the user profile icon to my business logo. Simple enough so I thought.

When I got to the part where I was going to change the user profile icon, it wouldn't allow me to open up that "app"? Don't know why but it gave me some error and said the only way I could open it is if did a "refresh". I never heard of this stupid windows term and thought it simply meant restart. To be fair windows did tell me before it did it, what it was going to do. But it was still confusing.

Basically a refresh will remove all apps/software you have installed yourself and only keep personal files or stuff downloaded from the windows store. So basically everything preinstalled for us and sets up for us by the time we get it was all gone.
