Sometimes the keyboard will encounter issues connecting to the tablet. Try following the steps below to fix it:
1) Make sure the keyboard is charged for at least an hour.
2) Turn the keyboard on.
3) Ensure the keyboard receiver dongle is attached to the "Keyboard" section of the USB Hub.
4) If it's still not working, watch this Youtube video to restart the connection to the booth.
