Go to File -> Photobooth Settings -> Change "Number of copies to print [1 to 9] to however many prints you want per session.

If that doesn't work, go to File -> Printer Setup -> Properties -> Layout (Tab on top) -> Advanced -> Set copy count to 2 or more copies.
